Delivery of your order
Deliveries to Morocco usually take between 1 and 3 working days , however please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed by PowerGear ™ AthletiX .
Exchanges of delivered items
If your order is damaged or the size does not fit, you can request a free exchange within 7 days of delivery. Proof is required and can be sent via our social media pages, WhatsApp or email. Please note that exchanges are only allowed once. We're here to help with any issues or concerns and our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Returns of delivered items
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return the items. The return period starts from the date of delivery of your package.
Return Requirements:
- Item must be returned in its original condition
- The item must not have been worn
- The item must not have been washed
- Item must be returned with all tags attached.
You may return the item(s) using a courier service of your choice.
Once we receive your return package, the exchange item will be sent to you within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Please note that the shipping costs for returning the item(s) are your responsibility.
